Olive Oil

The oil is the result of our six hundred olive trees. The collection is made entirely by hand and the olives are crushed immediately so that the juice is the basis of every fragrant dish.


The farm animals, pigs and lambs, always bred for passion in our home country grow outdoors and are fed on barley, wheat and corn.

Pasta & Confectionery

Both pasta and confectionery are made exclusively by hand


The honey that we propose always in conjunction with Pecorino cheese comes from beekeepers in our area.
